This article is for business admins & for parents & will show you how to create a new post in app & on the website.
In the CWF Mobile App for parents
- Find the bottom Navigation bar.
- Click on the ➕ button in the center.
- Write your text & select an image / video from the gallery.
- Click "post" & thats it.
- View your post in your feed & also friends posts.

In the CWF Mobile App for businesses
- Click on your profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select your business tile in the middle of your profile page.
- Click the ➕ button in the center of the Navigation bar.
- Select "create a new post" from the fly up menu.
- Write your text & select an image / video from the gallery.
- Click "post" & thats it.
OR
- Click on your profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select your business tile in the middle of your profile page.
- Select "business posts" from the center tile area which will pull up ALL your previous business posts feed.
- Click on the ➕ icon on the top right of the screen
- Write your text & select an image / video from the gallery.
- Click "post" & thats it.

The ADMIN dashboard is only available on a computer, it's NOT available on a mobile device!
On the web dashboard for parents.
- Click on your home button in the top menu section.
- This will bring up your home post feed in the center of the screen.
- Click on the "start a post" center screen.
- Add your text you would like to share.
- If you want to add a photo, video OR Emoji select that item.
- Then select post / share and you're done.
Log in to the CWF desktop web dashboard to try this out. Click Here.
On the web dashboard for business admins.
- Select your business profile in the left menu.
- In the center of screen you can "Start A New Post".
- Enter your text you would like to share with your followers.
- Add an image or video if you would like.
- Select "POST" and your image & text will be shared publicly amongst your followers.

If you happen to follow all these steps and you aren't able to create posts please let us know about it.
- In the APP you can " shake your phone " to log an issue with us.
- We will get that report and check the issue.
