How to add or suggest missing categories you may need for your business

In this article I will be showing you how to let us know if we are missing categories that might better describe your business.

This if for Business Admins only. This is not a parent feature.


  • First thing you need to do is log in to your business admin account. You can do so here.
  • Next step navigate to the business you want to manage / edit.

  • Click on the business selection button bottom left, then select your business in the pop up menu. There is no need to do this if you only have one location.
  • Once on the correct page look over to the right of the screen and click on the EDIT CATEGORIES button.

  • Next step is to click on the ADD NEW CATEGORY button.

  • Last step is to type in the new category you would like us to add. We will review your suggestion & message you back if we feel its best for the platform & if we have added it for you.

  • You can only suggest 1 new tag at a time. Don't forget to click save at the bottom.
